An important health alert for new parents:
New research shows running a fan to improve circulation in your infant’s room could protect him from Sudden Infant Death Syndrome.
Doctors found infants that slept in a room with a fan had a 72-percent lower risk of SIDS. Doctors believe good ventilation could help prevent re-breathing. That’s of course when the baby breathes the carbon dioxide he exhaled – the likely cause of SIDS.

Wow! I had no idea! I’ve always run a fan in the baby’s room to drown out the noise from my other 2 kids. I’m glad that I have another reason too!
